This September, all eyes return to Bordeaux for the upcoming "La Place Autumn" releases. La Place de Bordeaux is the vinous beating heart of Bordeaux, and has for centuries, been the distribution system behind many of the famous Châteaux En Primeur releases reaching a global audience.
Since 2004, the Bordelais Négociants have slowly, but surely, developed their offerings from "Beyond Bordeaux" to now include some of the worlds iconic estates in their portfolio. However, don't let the name fool you, there are also several releases from closer to home such as Châteaux Yquem, Latour and Palmer.
As with annual Bordeaux En Primeur campaigns, RRPs and our allocations are only announced on the day of release. There will be over 100 wines released in the coming weeks and some highlights include, but are not limited to the list below.
This is a great opportunity to diversify your cellar with the latest releases from the worlds iconic estates. If any wines are of interest, please do let us know by return (wine@bcfw.co.uk) and we will, of course, do our very best to secure an allocation for you.
