Saumaize-Michelin

Located underneath the imposing Roche de Vergisson, owners Christine and Roger have managed the 10 hectare domaine since 1978. For the last 20 years, they have been practising organic viticulture and eventually masde the leap to biodnyamic in 2005 - although they are not certified. Their dedication to caring for the health of their soils and vines is reflected in the beautiful and elegant wines they produce.
