Il Borghetto
Azienda Agricola Il Borghetto is a 30-hectare estate made up of twenty or so small parcels of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon located around the commune of Chianti. Day to day operations are overseen by Antonion Cavallini and the winemaking is led by Englishman Tim Manning. They do things a little differently at Il Borghetto, where a more Burgundian approach is applied and as a result, produce fine, elegant and sophisticated wines.
