Located in the Basque Country in northern Spain, Txomin Etxaniz has been producing Txakoli, a specialist Basque white wine made from the Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grapes, for generations. Their 35 hectare vineyard in the town of Getaria overlooks and benefits from the Atlantic Ocean, which brings both freshness and acidity to the wine, and even just a hint of spritz. A great alternative for an aperitif.
