Located in the town of Barolo itself, Francesco Rinaldi was founded in 1870 and boasts a long and illustrious history. Over 130 years later, the winery is still owned by the family and run by sisters Paolina and Piera Rinaldi, who continue to make wine in a traditional manner avoiding new oak, preferring long macerations and ageing in large Slavonian oak prior to bottling.
