The Gaunoux family has centuries of history of making wine in Burgundy and Francois Gaunoux has made wine at his Meursault winery since 1962. Now joined by his daughter Claudine, the Gaunoux’s pride themselves on only making wine from vineyards they own and do not purchase grapes. Despite being the elder of the two, Francois brings innovative, modern techniques to the winemaking, while Claudine takes a more traditional approach. This complementary style allows the Gaunoux tribe to craft exceptional Burgundy wines, from the vineyards across the Cote de Beaune.
