Dandelion Vineyards was created by Elena Brooks in 2007, along with a team of experts to create a range of high quality, authentic wines from ancient vineyard plots in some of the best regions in Australia. One of the best philosophies of the winery is that vineyards are taken care of like family, and the vines their children; giving them care and attention to detail to craft exciting and impressive wines, which has seen them catch the eye of prominent critic, James Halliday.
