Chateau Thieuley is a 100% family-owned vineyard located in the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation in Bordeaux, France. In 1972 Francis Courselle, a young engineer and oenology professor, took over the management of the Thieuley vineyards. In 30 years, the vineyards increased from four to 80 hectares and spread over three properties. Chateau Thieuley, Clos Sainte Anne and Chateau Saint Genes. Marie and Sylvie Courselle, Francis Courselle’s two daughters, now run the family estate. All the wines from the estate are blends of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Semillon for the whites and Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds.
