Chateau Seraphine is owned by Martin Krajewski (ex Chateau de Sours) and managed by his daughter, Charlotte. Seraphine is a 2.2 hectare estate split into two plots in plots; 1 hectare at `Plince` and the other at `Mazeyres`. Florent Dumeau is consultant winemaker and Xavier Chone is terroir specialist. Jane Anson declared it "a rising star in Pomerol" and most recently Neal Martin has described it as "one to watch". High praise indeed...
