Stephane Dubes runs this tiny estate in Saint-Emilion in the fashion of a man who cares only about the quality of his product, and not for fancy chateaux or living by the status on a label. In true garage style, he makes his in a functional space and though the property qualifies for Grand cru status he prefers to label his wines as straight Saint-Emilion.
