Muscadelle
Muscadelle
An old French variety, not ot be confused with Muscat, Muscadelle is a white wine grape that produces wines most famously used as a minor component in the dry and sweet white wines of Bordeaux. It has also achieved success in Australia where it is used in the sweet wines of north-east Victoria. It brings an aromatic, youthful fruitiness and delicate character to the wines it is used in.
