A native of Sicily, Grillo is an ancient grape variety most commonly used to make the southern Italian island`s famous fortified Marsala wines. When used to make crisp, refreshing dry white wines Grillo exhibits nutty, citrusy characters with expressive flavours of apple and lemon. A great alternative to Pinot Grigio.
