Godello
Godello
A native grape to Galicia in North West Spain, most notably from the Valdeorras DO. It is also found in Northern Portugal where it is called Gouveio. It is a quality grape that has been gaining popularity in recent years having been on the verge of extinction in the 1970s. Godello is softly aromatic with a smooth silky texture.
