Tasted with Bill Blatch this an excellent Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois property that is situated on a slightly gravel ridge between Margaux and St Julien. 84.4% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15.6% Merlot. 32% new oak. 13.1% Alcohol. Delightful Cabernet nose of black currant puree and cassis. More brambles on the palate with smooth, sweet concentrated fruit which is well knitted together with a good acidity balance and ripe tannins. Excellent Cru Bourgeois. Star Value buy.
