  • We have managed to get an allocation of Joseph Mellot's Menetou Salon from one of the most famous walled vineyards in Menetou Salon with its characteristic minerality. In brief it's like a good Pouilly Fume with great minerality. Very crisp with great complexity and an impressive mineral backbone that comes from the Kimmeridgian (chalky) soils and from a single, steep, south-facing Clos du Pressoir vineyard.
