This is an excellent value wine, and is the 2nd wine of Chateau de Beaucastel, which is arguably one of the best producers of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Soft red berry fruits on the palate, great structure and well balanced.

2003 produced really ripe fruit in the Rhone Valley, and this wine is complex with layers of fruit flavours on the long and spicy finish.
