  • This superb Domaine is now run by Jean-No�l and his daughter Caroline Lestim�. The quality here is outstanding. After ageing in barrel for 18 months the wines are being bottled now and will be delivered in March of this year. There is a marvellous balance here between rich, honeyed, plump fruit, intense minerality and crisp lemony acidity which combine together to give these wines great complexity. Relatively forward in style they can be approached when young or laid down for several years.Mineral and nutty with great complexity. There are flavours of nutmeg, cloves and truffles.
