I am unable to order on-line?

Do I need to have an online account to place an order?
To do your order solely through the website then yes, you need to set up an account online. Alternatively you can use the website to search for the wine of your choice and then place the order over the telephone, please Contact Us to place your order.
Do I have to buy a full case?
BCFW is a wine wholesaler, we can only accept orders of 12 x 75cl (or the equivalent of 900cl) and above.
Can I buy a mixed case of wine?
Yes, we always have mixed cases of wine look in our Special Offers for details. Alternatively if you want to do something different please Contact Us to order something different. We cannot always guarantee this, it depends on your choice but we will try our best.
Do I have to enter my credit card details online?
No, you can Contact Us and we will take your order and your details over the phone. If you do choose to enter your credit card details online, please be assured that we use encrypted software and our online payment options is fully secure.
I cannot find the wine I am looking for?
Please Contact Us either by phone or email and we will try and find the wine you are looking for. If your request is by email please provide us with as much information as possible about the wine, when it is required and also how many cases you are wanting to purchase.
I cannot find a wine which appears in your brochure, it is not on the site?
This either means that we have sold out of the wine, we are waiting for a new delivery of the wine or the availability is very limited. Please Contact Us and we will help you.
I want to re-order the wine I previously purchased but have forgotten what it was?
In My Account you have a HISTORY button, please log-on and go to your history where you will find details of your previous orders. If you have placed your order by phone Contact Us and we will help you with your order.
Can I print a list of wines from this site?
Yes, you can print your list of wines just print the page as normal.
I would like a copy of your brochure?
You can have an online PDF copy click here for the link or you can request a copy to be sent by post click here to complete your request. Alternatively you can Contact Us and personally request a copy.
