This superb Domaine is now run by Jean-Noël and his daughter Caroline Lestimé.
The quality here is outstanding. There is a marvelous balance between rich, honeyed, plump fruit, intense minerality and crisp lemony acidity which combined together give these wines great complexity.
Relatively forward in style, they can be approached when young or laid down for several years.
