Domaine Talmard
Run by Paul Mallory and Benjamin Talmard just outside the village of Uchizy, 10 km south of Tournus and 25 km North of Macon. They have 25 hectares of vineyard on a gently sloping hillside largely facing the Saone. The soils are largely chalky marl and they use straw to bring out the natural fertilizers in the soil.
