Seguinot-Bordet
The origins of Domaine Séguinot-Bordet date from 1590. Jean-François Bordet, now the youngest of the family, places particular emphasis on obtaining the best fruit possible, through careful pruning, debudding and harvesting. Jean-François Bordet practises coolish fermentation, which allows the wines to mature for 2-5 months on their lees; this maximises the grape skin contact and promotes a luscious style to the wines.
