Domaine Milliere
A newcomer that is just beginning to exploit its potential, this estate is owned and managed by Aime and Michel Arnaud. The most recent vintages have gained very respectful scores from wine critic Robert Parker.
Our comment: In 2003 Michel Arnaud produced a brilliant wine in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the 2 blocks either side of his house were planted in 1901 and 1902 whilst the remainder of his Grenache qualifies as striplings from the 1920's. It seems fair that he should put Vieilles Vignes on his label. The 2005 and 2006 vintages have been excellent, receiving 90+ scores from American wine critic Robert Parker.
